Mikkoskopia organizes the next live and dry blood course in Espoo, Finland, on 21.-24.3.2013. The first days mainly concentrate on live blood analysis using microscopes and the last days of the course on dry blood scanning with slide scanners. The course will also have Terveysinfo – Health Info on Saturday evening. As photographing devices we use bright-field microscopes and USB cameras for live blood and Epson Perfection V600 Photo slide scanners for dry blood. Dry blood analysis is partly automated with the Dropper.fi service from Droppi Veripalvelu Oy. This course continues the tradition on earlier live and dry blood courses held in 2011 in Tenhola and in 2012 in Lappeenranta, Tampere, Lapua, Oulu and Rauma.
